Miscommunication & Marriage

Once again, I am wrong...........Today I misunderstood when my wife was explaining herself on a certain topic and all I heard was "I don't take care of this or that". Although those exact words never came out of her mouth, I misinterpreted her words as an insult to me. As I interjected inside our conversation and aimlessly defended myself, I let her know that I hope this COM 104 can help me with these issues of communications......that or a clinical psychiatrist.
